dear God

as the night ends I ask your forgiveness
for those who have wronged me
for those who have wronged the people i love
for those whom I have wronged
let the night end with gratitude to you
so all our hearts be filled with joy
and love for the the days to come
renew us in our sleep
heal our body
comfort our heart and mind
Lord Jesus Christ let us be always yours
and let the holy angels watch over us in sleep. amen
