my Lord

thank you for being with me in the night
for seeing me in the morning
for taking care of my worries
for assuring me of your presence

dear Lord
I will worship you all my life
I will adore you all my days
thank you for letting me
be your daughter
thank you for letting us be
your children.


my Father
don't leave me
and let this new morning
bring us again to love and light
in Jesus Christ.
