A PRAYER FOR PHYSICAL
HEALING
FROM SAN JUAN DE
DIOS HOSPITAL, CHEMOTHERAPY DEPARTMENT
Lord, I come before
You trusting your mercy and love.
I come before You
with faith in Your promise that You shall grant whatever we ask for in prayer
if it will be what is best for our soul.
Lord, I pray for the
healing of ( name of person) who is sick of (specify sickness).
Touch him now in the
areas of his body that need most Your healing love.
Let the warmth of
Your healing love permeate every cell, every nerve and tissue in his sick
body.
Replace these sick
cells with new and healthy cells.
Cast out anything
that should not be in him.
Cleanse all
infections, remove all inflammations.
Open any blocked
arteries or veins and rebuild all damaged areas.
Strengthen his body,
mind, emotions and spirit.
Give him the grace to
accept this pain and suffering with patient resignation to Your most Holy will
and plan for his life.
Have mercy on him and
forgive his sins.
Let him find peace
amidst his suffering and offer it for the salvation of souls, especially those
of his family, and loved ones.
With eyes of faith,
let him see the blessings out of the physical sickness and after he has been
healed.
May he be witness of
Your healing love and power and serve You for the rest of his life.

I got this prayer when we went to the hospital for the scheduled chemotherapy of my mother. I could see that the sick are comforted by the words of God. They become brave in prayers and acknowledge the kindness shown to them by family, friends, hospital staff, and helpers, among others.
The saints and angels relieve them of pain. They are happy in their state of trial, as they're sensitive, as well.
In God's grace we are all healed everyday, as we move on... to where we belong and rest, finally, in God's arms forever.rosevoc2.
